If you like new balance quality these are nice but not as thick as the other ones I am normally. used to. I bought these as an extra summer pair for walking but less support. otherwise, they look nice, more like a KEDS style show but better quality. size I got half a size larger in wide fits perfectly everyones feet are different. they are soft and comfy so yes I recommend

Great Walking Shoe, But Heavy

I love these shoes. From the moment I put them on, I could just tell my feet were going to love walking in them. As someone who walks quite a bit, I rotate shoes and these are by far the most comfortable pair of walking shoes that I own. HOWEVER, these shoes are heavy. I wear a size 13 and my knees hurt just talking about how heavy these shoes are. They are fantastic and comfortable, but beware that they are not remotely close to a lightweight running shoe. I highly recommend them just the same.

I love these shoes so much that I ordered a second pair for when the first pair is worn out. I hope that they last longer than three months as the last two pair of runners that I purchased lasted only that long. I walk for two hours daily so fingers crossed that given these shoes are classified as walking shoes they will last longer. The bottom line is that I love these shoes and its been a very long time I have had shoes so comfortable. I have foot issues so its a real pleasure to have a pair of shoes that don't hurt.

I bought this brand name shoe, on the advice of a relative who is very active. I have just recently been told I should start walking for my health. I bought these in late August 2020. The fit is fine, but even with different inserts, my feet still hurt after a two hour walk. I bought a cheap pair of shoes from walmart, that has memory foam, and they are quite a bit more comfortable...

These are great walking shoes...probably the best I've ever worn , but after 2 months they are falling apart!! The stitching is coming out on the top of the toe and I foresee me replacing these in another month . This isn't what I expect from New Balance for the premium price I paid . Where is quality control??? Very disappointed .
