Nopes no authorised personnel will come to aid...u will have to arrange it urself someone for assembling it. You can assemble it urself though!!

No. I have kept many books, but it has not bent yet. Using it for past 4 months. Just don't move it wen there are books inside. Then it might loose it's balance.

Follow the instructions given in the Pamphlet. We did the same.... Ofcourse, we had to open up n redo 2-3 times, but it was finally assembled. Incase u r hesitant to assemble it urself, U may contact the seller n on payment basis, a carpenter will b arranged.

Yes definitely, you can keep books in all shelves and also some decorative items too. It looks good. Don't move it frequently. It is made of engineering wood but looks sturdy to keep one row of books not too many or dumping.

As mentioned it is a bookshelf but of u insist plz use for aquarium. The measures are as mentioned in ad. So go for it but I would recommending checking with deckup on the weight constraints
