Let's start with how small the purse is, then it came damaged and the lock wasn't working as you can see in the video, then the chain that came was also broken and it so did not match with the bag it looked like some cheap over the top yellow chain, the last the bag is nt like its shown it was dull the flowers stuck on it looked really old and muddy... I have put for a refund as it jst was in all a huge disappointment as it not wat it looks in the picture.
