Plan Start Date would be the date after the expiry of the Manufacturer’s Warranty or 12 months (if there is no manufacturer warranty). Max manufacturer's warranty should not be more than 2 years. This is a 3 years plan which covers 2 visits (anytime during 3 years).
  • FMP covers Cleaning, Polishing and Termite Protection which includes Free service at your home, Alignment check and fix, Spare and accessory check and fixing, Cleaning fungus related issues, Polish touch up if any scratches in solid wood furniture, Reinstallation if required, Normal wear and tear items, not integral or necessary to the functioning of the products or routine service, or if there is wear and tear on the parts. Labor charges covered. Any consumables will be charged extra.
  • This Plan does not cover Maintenance service within the Manufacturer's Warranty Period and Manufacturing defects. It also does not cover damage caused by unauthorized repair personnel or Unauthorized repair or replacement of covered products which shall result in the cancellation of this plan. For detailed list of inclusions and exclusions, please refer T&Cs sent via welcome e-mail.
  • Fully digital journey on OneAssist App & 24/7 contact centre support. Real time claim status available for more transparency and enhanced customer experience. This plan is only applicable to the products that are purchased under a valid Manufacturer’s warranty on Amazon in the same cart.
