So let me explain how this works! This work by using colloid, which basically means it ll hydrate the spot and cause it soften and then it has absorbent properties which will prevent further spread of the pimple and absorb the pus and further moisture and cover helps heal the broken skin in the pimple area.
What to use it on - it is only for pimples with pus or a white pimple. Not for swollen red covered by skin acne.
How to use - you can use dsy or night as long as you want
What I recommend is clean your face with warm water which will soften the pimple and decrease dryness and then apply the spot so they its not over a hyperkeratotic pimple
Then keep the pimple patch till it turns white or as long as you want
Day or night
I d say keep on day too as it also prevent exposure of pimple to the outside dust and sun
So may be about 6-10 hrs or more
Then peel the patch off

And yes it does work
But only on pus pimples and also reduces redness and helps fix the damaged skin post pimple poop
